We had a great experience with Bikes & Tours Valencia! The service at the reception was excellent — the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. We originally had a bike tour planned for Monday, but due to the bad weather forecast, it was cancelled. I received a phone call the day before to inform me, and together we looked for a solution.
Luckily, we were able to reschedule the bike tour for Wednesday, and as compensation, we were given electric bikes, which was a lovely surprise, of course! 😊
Our guide, Yasmine, was such a lovely lady! She kept us entertained for almost three hours with fascinating stories about the city, its history, and everyday life in Barcelona. She did an absolutely amazing job!!
Although we had originally wanted to do the bike tour at the beginning of our trip to discover the city, we were quite happy with how things turned out. Thanks to the change of plans, we ended up exploring a different part of the city that we hadn’t seen yet. 😃

From the ease of booking to finding the location and getting set up with the bikes, I was pleased with how easy this was to get going.
The site manager was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly.
Our guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. She was helpful in explaining the history and making suggestions as to what to go back and see more thoroughly.
She was helpful in taking pictures and watching our bikes. The sites we saw were interesting and with the tour guide’s information I made further decisions on what to go back and see, which was very useful.
I chose to keep the Bike for the remainder of the day to explore other sites in the city further. And as now I understood how to ride safely in Barcelona, I felt confident to bike back on my own and go back to other sites to visit. Overall, extremely pleased with this company and their service and I would 100% recommend.

I did the e-bike guided tour this afternoon. Actually it turned out to be a very beautiful sunny day. Our guide was very knowledgeable in terms of history, the 2 and 1/2 hours actually almost 3 hours was absolutely amazing as this was my first time to Barcelona and it was the best way to see the sites. I highly recommend anyone that wants to do an e-bike tour to do it with his company, our guide was amazing!
